Founded in 2011, Valley Rez started with a single property in Valley Street, originally a guest house that was converted into fully equipped student accommodation in Clydesdale, Pretoria. Since then, the business has expanded rapidly, growing into a respected student accommodation and property management company with a strong footprint across Pretoria.
Our experience in the Pretoria lease and property market enabled us to identify a clear gap: students needed accommodation that was professionally managed, affordable, secure, and aligned with modern student needs. Valley Rez was built to bridge that gap.
